If ever we should fight it is now. The time to be angry has long past. We must all rise convicted and compelled in defense of our planet and our future. Indeed it is up to us and we must act if we are to prevent our present ills from becoming our future undoing. Never in the history of our species have we stood at such a crucial juncture. Will we be that people who simply watched passively as its only home is laid to waste? Will we be the people who’s inhabitants and resources were squander and plundered for the benefit of only a few, while its masses lay indigent and dejected? Will we be the people who did nothing at a time when the only thing that mattered was for us all to do something? We need to fight, without fear we must invoke our right to exist and to a future through our immediate individual action. The time for change is now. Get up and fight or shut up and die.
Can’t stand the way I’m feeling right now. Trying hard to encourage myself. Sometimes just saying it will be okay is not enough. I pray that somehow tomorrow I rise refreshed and motivated, ready to carry out my sacred service that though sometimes solemn is always rewarding and gratifying. My driving desire is to make a difference. A right now difference that will improve the physical, mental and spiritual well being of those that I serve that I have been given a charge to keep. I desire that even I in the face of my own struggles, faults and imperfections I may become a better servant to the whole of humanity. Reaching the lonely, dejected and downtrodden. Providing for them hope in for some what is the darkest time of their life. I hope to inspire life and the beauty of it’s living. The facts are the world is hurting and it is up to each of us to ensure the sustainable survivability of all us. I want to be able to do my part. If it means that enduring some days of stress and turmoil then send me. If it means some days of tears and what seems endless pain and senseless suffering, then send me. If it means that after all of this I have positively impacted the life of just one person, then send me. I will rise willingly and ready to go!
